A Sailor is an Artist Whose Medium is the Wind

Webb Chiles said it best, "A Sailor is an Artist Whose Medium is the Wind." Sailing brings pure unalloyed joy to my heart. There are lots of reasons to love it, including the countless parallels between the act of sailing and living life. It's one of the things that has very little overlap with my life as a theatre artist and I love it all the more for that.
